My four years in addiction recovery showed me how shame can keep people stuck in cycles they desperately want to break. I am passionate about helping people release that shame, recognize their resilience, and move forward with confidence.
As a parent myself, I understand the emotional, mental, and physical toll that daily caregiving takes. Modern parenting is demanding—filled with love, pressure, exhaustion, and, at times, overwhelming guilt. Social media can make it easy to feel like everyone else is doing better, leaving you questioning yourself as a parent. I want to help parents feel supported, valued, and empowered to parent in a way that aligns with their values, free from self-doubt and guilt.
